Welcome to Sapphire Sky Events LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking our services, engaging with us, or accessing our website (www.sapphireskyevents.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or purchase.

General Terms These Terms & Conditions govern all interactions between Sapphire Sky Events LLC and its clients, whether services are booked via our website, phone, email, WhatsApp, in person, or any other means of communication. We provide wedding decorations, event design services, photobooths, DJ & violin music, lighting, custom décor, floral arrangements, special effects, and related event rentals. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Booking and Payment Policy

Booking Fee: A 35% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date. This fee is due within 14 days of the invoice date and is not transferable to other clients or events.

Final Payment: The remaining balance of 65% is due 14 days before the event. Full payment is required at contract signing for services under $2,000.

Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 5% per day is applied to overdue amounts.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as agreed upon at booking. All payments must be made in USD.

Transaction Fee: A transaction fee of 2.9% applies to all payments, covering the use of credit card and other payment management tools.

Rental Terms

This section applies only if the services contracted include the rental of items. Rentals are provided on a daily basis with all items to be returned or picked up by 11:00 PM on the day of the event. Extended use and special requirements may incur additional charges.

Security Deposits and Damage Policy

A refundable security deposit ranging from $300–$500 may be required to cover potential damages or loss of rented items. A non-refundable processing fee of 3% applies to the deposit. The remainder of the deposit, minus any deductions for damages or excessive cleaning, will be refunded within 10 days post-event. Clients are responsible for all rented items during the event and will be charged for any damage or loss.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

General Cancellation: Once booked, payments are non-refundable.

Over $2,000 Services: For cancellations 90 days before the event, the total service cost becomes a non-refundable obligation. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees if requested less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, venue location, setup requirements, and any access restrictions. Changes to event details after confirmation may result in additional charges.

Force Majeure and Liability

We are not liable for any failures or delays in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled due to such circumstances. The client assumes full responsibility for the safety and security of the venue and guests during the event.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation; failing which, they will be settled in a court located in Georgia, USA. The total amount of any legal claims shall not exceed the total amount paid to Sapphire Sky Events LLC for services rendered. Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Chargebacks initiated will be contested vigorously, and the client will be responsible for all legal and administrative fees incurred during the resolution process.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information provided by clients is used solely for event coordination and communication. We respect your privacy and do not sell or rent client data to third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients.

Marketing & Communication Consent

By providing contact information, the client agrees to receive booking confirmations & updates, service-related messages via calls, texts, WhatsApp, and emails, and promotional emails & offers (with opt-out options). Clients may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or contacting us at contact@sapphireskyevents.com.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in a Georgia state court.
